Recruitment Marketing Digital Media Specialist
As a Recruitment Marketing & Digital Media Specialist, you’ll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns designed to help employers attract qualified candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex advertising challenges, digging into campaign performance, testing new strategies, and continuously improving results across multiple advertising platforms.
You’ll work closely with our Account Management, Strategy, and sometimes Creative teams to develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns for enterprise employers across North America and beyond.
